Part 1: Terms of Service

Welcome to TRIADOVA! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your relationship with us regarding your registration and benefits in the Founding 500™ program. By checking the agreement box on our landing page, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Founding 500™ Reservation

Priority Access: Your reservation secures your placement in line for exclusive priority access, early updates, and specific perks tied to the Founding 500™ launch.
No Financial Obligation: This reservation is an expression of interest. It does not constitute a purchase agreement, a financial investment, or a guarantee of final product availability.
Spot Allocation: Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are capped at the first 500 verified entries.

2. Your Information & Communication

Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information on the landing page form.
Staying in the Loop: By joining, you consent to receive emails specifically related to your Founding 500™ status, program updates, and official TRIADOVA news.
Opting Out: We hate spam too. You can easily manage your communication preferences or opt out of non-essential marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our messages.

3. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content, designs, logos, text, and the phrase "Founding 500™" are the exclusive property of TRIADOVA. Submitting this form does not grant you any rights to use our branding or intellectual property.

4. Changes & Cancellations

Program Adjustments: TRIADOVA reserves the right to modify, pause, or update the terms, perks, or timeline of the Founding 500™ program to ensure compliance or system integrity.
Account Review: We reserve the right to remove any reservation if we detect fraudulent data, duplicate entries, or bot activity.

5. Limitation of Liability

As-Is Basis: This priority waitlist is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. TRIADOVA is not responsible for technical glitches, network delays, or form submission errors that may impact your placement in the line.

Part 2: Privacy Notice

At TRIADOVA, your privacy is a core priority. This Privacy Notice explains exactly how we collect, use, and protect your information when you join the Founding 500™ reservation list.

1. The Information We Collect

What We Ask For: We only collect the personal details you directly type into our landing page form (such as your name and email address).
Why We Collect It: This data is used solely to verify your reservation, manage your spot in the Founding 500™, and send you updates about the program.

2. Our Strict No-Sale Guarantee

Your Data Stays Yours: TRIADOVA will never sell, lease, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for marketing or any other purposes. Period.

3. How We Share Data (Service Providers Only)

Trusted Partners: We only share your information with trusted essential service providers who help us run our website and send our emails (like our secure database and email delivery systems). These providers are legally bound to protect your data and cannot use it for their own purposes.

4. Data Security

Keeping it Safe: We use industry-standard security measures and encryption protocols to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

5. Your Rights

Control Your Data: You have the right to ask us what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete your information entirely. If you wish to be removed from the Founding 500™ list, just let us know.

TRIADOVA™ Subscriber Sweepstakes - Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase, payment, or financial consideration of any kind is necessary to enter our win this sweepstakes. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. ELIGIBILITY. The TRIADOVA™ Subscriber Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, or directors of TRIADOVA™ ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD. The Sweepstakes begins on [Insert Start Date, e.g., October 15, 2026] and ends on January 31, 2027 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER. To enter, visit the official TRIADOVA™ landing page during the Promotion Period and follow the on-screen instructions to subscribe to the free TRIADOVA™ updates email list by providing your first name, last name, and a valid email address.

Limit: One (1) entry per unique email address and per person. Multiple entries from the same individual using different email accounts will be disqualified.
Subscription Status: You must remain an active, unpaid subscriber to the TRIADOVA™ email list at the time of the random drawing to remain eligible to win.

5. PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV), AND ODDS.

Prizes: A total of ten (10) prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of a complimentary one-year membership to the TRIADOVA™ Identity Architecture Platform (specifically the Sobriety & Recovery Identity Quest™ launching February 1, 2027).
ARV: The Approximate Retail Value of each individual membership prize is $199.00 USD. The total cumulative ARV of all prizes awarded is $1,990.00 USD.
Odds: Odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged or substituted for cash or any other alternative.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about February 1, 2027, from among all eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified via the email address used to subscribe.
If a potential winner does not respond to the notification email within seventy-two (72) hours, fails to provide any required verification details, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be randomly drawn from the remaining pool.

7. TAXES. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the individual winner.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS & RELEASE. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. By accepting a prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless TRIADOVA™ and its representatives from any liability, loss, or damage incurred in connection with the awarding, receipt, possession, or use of the digital service prize. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical bugs, or unauthorized human intervention compromises the administration or integrity of the promotion.
